Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Swippee API and website (the "Service"), operated by Swippee ("Swippee", "we"). By creating an account or sending a request to the API, you agree to these Terms.

The Service parses bank statement documents you supply into structured data. It is offered on a pay-per-use SaaS basis. Tiers and pricing may be updated; price changes do not apply retroactively to a prepaid period.

• Authorization. You may only submit bank statements you are authorized to process — your own or those your end users have consented to share.
• End-user consent. You are the data controller for end-user statements; you must obtain and document consent under applicable law.
• API key custody. Keep your API keys secret. Revoke any compromised key immediately from the dashboard.
• Fair use. No reverse-engineering, no abuse of free-tier quotas via multiple accounts, no submission of fraudulent statements.

• Swippee does not provide financial advice, underwriting decisions, or credit scores. Any signals we surface are informational.
• Swippee is not a bank, payment company, or licensed financial institution in Nepal.
• Swippee does not log into bank portals or hold bank credentials.

Sandbox is free up to its monthly quota. Paid plans (Growth, Scale, Enterprise) are billed monthly in NPR via PayBridgeNP (Khalti, Fonepay) or by negotiated invoice. Overage is charged at the per-parse rate on your tier. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on Sandbox and Growth tiers. Scale and Enterprise include an SLA defined in the order form.

• No facilitation of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• No attempts to access other organizations' data.
• No automated scraping of our website or documentation.
• We may suspend access for material violations.

You may cancel any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. On termination, structured parse results remain available for export for 30 days and are then deleted.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Swippee's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

Swippee Data (/v1/data/*) republishes public statistical data from named Nepali agencies. The underlying figures belong to their original publishers; Swippee adds structure and access, not ownership.

You may build products on top of the Data API. You may not repackage and resell the raw API responses as your own dataset. When you display figures sourced from Swippee Data, you must surface the original source attribution downstream to your own users (e.g. “Source: Nepal Rastra Bank, via Swippee Data”).
